Going to give this a go!! But a few of my friends aren’t amaretti fans…any suggestions for a substitute please? Also, query the flour…”75 g of gluten free self-raising flour (or 65g of gluten free self-raising flour) “….please clarify?? I would hazard a guess but would rather not risk it and for it to fail? Cheers me dear!!

If your friends don’t like amaretti I’m not sure this is the recipe for them, it’s an amaretti cake!

The recipe states 65g of gluten flour.
