Can gluten-free flour be used successfully?

I haven't had a chance to test them with gf flour, I think some egg might need to be involved to hold the dough together. As a starting point I'd weigh 2 eggs and then add enough yogurt to make up the 240g, but as I say I haven't tested this theory!
